Welcome to our warm and inviting historic farm home. Enjoy a quaint and cozy stay with easy access to Athens, UGA, Madison, Monroe, and Watkinsville. You will enjoy the entire second floor. The space offers two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a third room with a double bed that can be used as a bedroom or common room, and a full bathroom with an antique claw foot tub and shower. There's no access to the downstairs. You can also relax on the front porch or back deck overlooking 9 wooded acres.

A like new 1000 s/f guest cottage sharing 25 pastoral acres with an historic country home. Finest amenities including queen bed, luxury bath, full kitchen* wi-fi and electric fireplace. Additionally, there is a bunk room with two six ft bunks and a sectional sofa for unexpected guests. There's a front porch overlooking a large lawn and larger pasture. Very private. All pets welcome. This home is only four miles from Sanford Stadium making it convenient to any and all UGA related activities.

Enjoy coffee or afternoon libations on the porch. Best of all - sleep well in a very comfortable bed. We have a favorable cancellation policy for you. There is no charge for the EV charger. I am a single unit Airbnb operator. No corporate management. You get my undivided personal attention.

Cabin-like 1 bedroom

10 minutes from downtown Covington and 35 minutes from the east side of Atlanta. Enjoy a peaceful, unique experience in a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of outdoor space and resident chickens. This 1 bed/1 bath features a kitchenette and shower/tub combo. Wifi and Roku included. The suite is attached to the main home by a patio roof but does not share an entrance or heating/AC with the main home (about 25 ft between them). Pets welcome, no cleaning fees or pet fees!

The Nest, Charming Country Setting south of Athens

This guest suite is located above the detached three car garage across from the main house. Beautiful views of the countryside, including horses and chickens! Sanford Stadium and beautiful downtown Athens are just 14 miles north of us (a 22 minute drive). Historic Madison is 19 miles to the south of us. You are welcome to fish or kayak on our pond as well. Come stay with us! We do have a no-pet policy and a no-smoking policy. Thank you for respecting our space.
