The Lower Village Lofts *North* is a newly renovated large studio apartment located in the heart of the action - just steps from Dock Square (downtown Kennebunkport) and 1/2 mile to the beach! This unit features a brand new fully equipped kitchen, all new designer and higher end furnishings, and a custom built-in room divider complete with an electric fireplace, armoire, and 50" smart TV. The bedroom area has a new king bed with luxurious bedding, black out shades, and an additional smart TV.

Winner of Maine Homes Small Space Design Award 2023 We are located on the private 80-acre Shapleigh Pond in the Southern Maine, an hour from Portland and two hours from Boston. Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Modern amenities such as fireplace, private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ and access to our pool (June-Sept), pond and tennis court.

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 5 bedroom/5 bath house, which can comfortably sleep up to 12 people. Located near the beach and within walking distance to Dock Square, guests can enjoy an afternoon of fun activities and later watch the sunset from the deck or spend time around the fire pit at night.

PLEASE NOTE: This unique space has very low ceilings and may not accommodate people over 6 feet tall comfortably. PLEASE NOTE: Unit 2 only has one designated parking spot. Any extra cars in your party must park on the side of the road next to the bushes.

Sunny and cheerful w/open floor plan, gas fireplace, and large back deck. WiFi and live streaming tv are included. Outdoor shower. Beach chairs/towels provided. Walk to beach & town. 7 day minimum, Saturday check in/check out July through August 2026.

Take a sauna while surrounded by nature all around. Located in the majestic forest of mount Agamenticus, the extensive trail system is off of our road. Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

Enjoy a wooded retreat just minutes from Maine's stunning Fortune's Rocks beach. This newly constructed tiny home welcomes you for a memorable stay near the coast. We strive to offer a thoughtful balance between modern amenities and a natural setting. This space is perfect for two guests, with a maximum of four who are comfortable sharing tiny accommodations. We are pet friendly for an additional fee - one dog maximum per reservation.
