Villa Positano is a waterfront two bed, two bath lodge villa inside of Cuscowilla on Lake Oconee. Amazing Big Water views abound so you can relax and enjoy. There is great hiking and local boat rental available. 2 night minimum. The 2 bedroom villa features hardwood floors, shiplap wall detail and a 70" smart tv, sunroom with panoramic views, fully equipped kitchen, laundry in the unit, and access to water toys and a boat slip (must reserve ahead of time). Ready for you to enjoy lake life!

There are many great restaurants within a couple of miles of our villa. We offer access to our private boat slip for bringing your own boat or renting a boat.

The 1811 Cottage is as unique as the 120 acre farm it sits on with it's wide heart pine plank walls, ceilings, floors, and the duel fireplaces. This historic settler's home features a living room, master bedroom on the main floor, and a huge sleeping loft, making it comfortable and cozy for one to six guests. Modern additions include a large bathroom with claw foot tub and shower and a nicely equipped, yet tiny kitchenette. The front porch is a great spot for that early morning cup of coffee!
