This is a horse ranch in the foothills of El Dorado county, with a loft studio above the barn. It is comfortably furnished and has a true country feel! The barn and loft is very private & easy to socially distance if preferred. This lovely loft is available to rent year round. Be surrounded by nature and enjoy hiking, rafting, swimming, biking! Private and shaded, separate entrance via gate. AC/Heat. 1.5 miles from downtown. No partying/no drugs. Long term stays are not permitted due to fragility of trailer. There is tv in both living room, bedroom and outside with fire stick The bull frog HOT TUB is awesome. This spring we will be welcoming our new ducks , chickens and piglets. Great views of the Sierra Nevada's.
