The architecturally designed home was built in 2022 and is perfect for couples, groups or a small family. With only an 18 minute drive to Hobart CBD, 6 minutes to MONA and a vast range of eateries within nearby Moonah, this property is super convenient and is sure to please. Nearing the top of the hills, backing on to peaceful bushland, you will most likely see a few Kangaroos.

Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Perched atop a hill overlooking the Derwent River, the house features a large deck & outdoor wood fire pit, as well as a bath deck. Please note; 29 Ebden's bedrooms are double (queen) share. Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.
