Experience a charming retreat in our cozy shed studio, nestled in a quiet town near the Queensland Bruce Highway. With a peaceful country setting and chickens just outside your door, this space offers a relaxing escape. Enjoy a self-sufficient stay with fresh eggs available upon request. Please note, for the comfort and health of our family, **NO smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property, additionally, NO animals (including service animals) allowed**, due to allergies.

This converted shed is completely self sufficient; still offers the modern creature comforts, but living 100% off grid. Welcome to our sanctuary amongst the gum trees. A stylish and carefully appointed modern townhouse perfect for families, couples or workers wanting somewhere comfortable and quiet with all the mod cons. Stay awhile or escape for the weekend. We will share with you all local knowledge from restaurants, things to do in the local area and information on how to get out to the Great Barrier Reef which is located on our doorstep. Grey Gum Reflections

Peaceful 1BR retreat just 2 mins off the highway in Benaraby. Private guest house with full kitchenette, lounge, bathroom & bedroom overlooking our property and dam. Only 12 mins to Tannum Sands/Boyne Island and approx 20 minutes to Gladstone, it's a great base for beach trips, fishing or work stopovers. Our fully self contained guest house, although on our property, is separate from our main home, giving you peace and privacy during your stay.

Huddos Place.

Huddo's Place is your ideal holiday or work stay home away from home. Located in the heart of Tannum Sands, a short 100m stroll will take you to the Beach, Surf club, Coffee shops, Restaurant and the local fish and chip shop. A relaxing 250m walk in the opposite direction will take you to the local Tavern, Coles, KFC, and many more specialty shops. Once at the beach you can walk as far as you like along the endless scenic walking Tracks.

Central 2 bed, 2 bath modern apartment with patio

Centrally located apartment, close to shopping and restaurants. Our apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a good sized balcony, so great for families or two adults/couples sharing. 2nd bedroom can be configured as 2 king singles beds or a super king. Also has a dedicated workspace with high speed internet, printer, monitor etc for work trips and an additional folding stretcher bed for an additional small adult/child if needed.

With the beach literally at your doorstep, this relaxed two-bedroom home is all about salty air, sunshine, and slowing down.

Bushland Breeze - Self Contained Unit

Our Queenslander split level house is situated in the heart of Gladstone, backs onto bushland & less than 5 minutes from shops. We live upstairs, the lower half is your self-contained unit - kitchen/lounge, master bedroom, ensuite and 'Beach Room' (2nd bedroom). Please note, all 4 rooms are adjoining and there is no internal walkway around the ensuite when in use, other than from outside. The Beach Room boasts the bushland view.
