5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Wenn ihr alles nutzt, habt ihr komplette Ruhe, eine Aussicht nach Süden auf Berge von Osten bis Westen und alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Dinge des täglichen Gebrauchs, die Sessellift-Talstation von Falera in die Weiße Arena und Restaurants. Der kostenlose Dorf-Shuttle hält direkt vor dem Haus und die Skipiste reicht bis fast zum Haus.

Our Beautiful, cosy mountain chalet has been recently renovated with designer furniture. We have newly built a very large terrace with direct access to the garden, with amazing views. The chalet is located an hour drive from Zurich, in Arvenbühl, at 1250m altitude. The chalet is ski in-ski out. It has 3 bedrooms: 1 main bedroom with a queen bed, a second smaller bedroom with a bunk bed and on the top floor (low ceiling), there are 4 additional beds. It is perfect for a family of 2 to 7.
