Rülzheim selbst verfügt über alle nötigen Geschäfte, Banken, Ärzte, Cafés und Restaurants. Im Naherholungsgebiet befindet sich außerdem die Alla-Hopp-Anlage und ein schöner Badesee. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Unternehmungen!

Besonders geschätzt wird auch die Privatsphäre, da sowohl Pool als auch Sauna und Garten zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung stehen. Der Pool ist ganzjährig nutzbar, allerdings nicht beheizt. Ein Whirlpool steht nicht zur Verfügung.
