The yard is beautifully landscaped with a pathway that encircles the house + the back yard features a spacious, screened-in porch with swinging chairs for relaxing outdoors.

Private retreat in the heart of historic Georgetown in the middle of San Gabriel park. Relax & enjoy this hidden oasis located where north and south San Gabriel rivers converge. Whole house to yourself right on the river with plenty of shade & lots of outdoor adventures including basketball, soccer & kayaking. Pets allowed upon approval. Please inquire. There is a 2nd rental available on the property as well. Both houses have their own private area as well as the community spaces.

The property is the original 1930's farmers cottage that has been brought back to life and restored, adding to it all the modern amenities. With a hand chiseled cozy fireplace and bay windows to watch the calves through, even rainy days are special. The property has 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom, indoor and outdoor dinning tables. It is not suited for more than 6 adults at any one time, but can host 8 to 10 guests when including children. Enjoy the whole house to yourself (1750sqft) that backs up to a hayfield. The house has 3 queen size memory foam beds. The master bedroom has a office desk. There is also stainless steel appliances and the fridge has water/ice maker. The master bathroom has a garden tub. You'll have a refrigerator, washer, dryer. The TV has Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon prime. The backyard has a patio with outdoor furniture and is fully fenced in for your pets (no aggressive breeds).
