There is a shared dock on the pond for swimming, fishing, or just enjoying the view as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks, and a paddle board.

Bailiwick Cottage is a cozy, private cottage that looks south down Freeport (Harraseeket) Harbor in Freeport, ME. It is a 4 season accommodation that is close to Freeport shopping, Portland eating, and the Adventure Schools of LL Bean. The cottage sits approximately 50 yards from our main house, has its own parking space and patio, and offers the ability to come and go as you wish. We have had 12 honeymoons in the cottage. Nestled in 6 acres is the secluded Mountain side cedar cabin. Breweries nearby, Hiking, lakes, and Fishing. If Sasquatch is booked, check Bigfoot Retreat 150 foot away. Master bedroom /main level is separate from loft quarters upstairs. Custom built cabin all cedar inside with a cozy bedroom on the main level. Loft has 2 twin beds and a pull out couch. Lower level has a full bathroom with tiled shower. The cabin is on a Private road at the top of Coon mountain .

Birch Hill Cabin is set on the side of a hill, surrounded by almost 8 acres of woods. The cabin is 288 square feet, and the bathroom is detached and located approximately 20 feet from the cabin. A hot tub is conveniently located off the deck for ultimate relaxation! This cabin is tucked away, surrounded by nature! But also conveniently located to so many wonderful spots in the Midcoast! Come enjoy the peace and quiet, where you can rest and recharge!

Brand new Cozy Cabin on a small 181 acre pond. Enjoy the cabin feel of knotty pine and a big country porch overlooking the water. Walk in access to the water or ice in the winter. Kayaking, canoeing, ice fishing, snowmobiling and more depending on the time of year. A peaceful location a mile down a private road but 10 minutes away from a grocery store etc. Eagles, loons and fish will be your neighbors as you are in the moment at Price's Point.

This swanky mid-60's cabin sits on a hill overlooking West Harbor pond in the town of Boothbay Harbor. It offers privacy yet is close to everything downtown Boothbay Harbor has to offer. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids), and large enough to accommodate bigger groups. If you would like to bring along your canine pal feel free, they are welcome (sorry no cats).
