This is a lovingly restored 1908 brick colonial-revival home in the historic district of Georgetown, South Carolina. Matt and Julia strived to retain many of the character marks of this home's past, yet provide guests with all the conveniences and cleanliness of a new house. The artwork, fun and usable antiques and humourous signs represent the fun-loving spirit of the hosts. With conversation pieces and common areas abound, this is a home where you can easily spend quality time together.

There is WiFi, tv’s provided in every bedroom and a fully functioning kitchen for those that love to dine in. Newly remodeled spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath house located in the classic Litchfield Country Club, just 5 minutes from Litchfield beach. The house includes a large kitchen that has everything you would need to cook a family meal. There is an enormous 2 car garage with a washer and dryer. Also included is 4 beach bike cruisers which can be used to ride to Litchfield beach. The beds are new and comfortable. Restaurants, golf, and grocery stores are close by.
