On the Beach Sunrise

This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 3-bedroom house in Orange Grove. The bedrooms feature a queen bed, a full bed, and two twin beds, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for all guests. With amenities like AC, heating, a washing machine, and WiFi, your stay will be convenient and stress-free. We have a backyard patio area with picnic table and BBQ. The living room and kitchen are spacious, with a 65" TV mounted on the wall in the living room. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

It is boat friendly with a private pier with lights. A game room above the boathouse provides indoor fun with shuffleboard, pool, and foosball tables along with the second bath. You’ll love my place because of the views, location, and coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, bird watchers, and families (with kids).

Lake Mathis (Corpus Christi Lake) Tiny House

Tiny House with queen bed on main floor and full size loft bed; fully renovated. Wifi. Perfect for the Snowbird, couples or anyone looking to relax. 30 amp RV hookup and septic available for small fee. Hook up and relax in the home while you do your laundry. Plenty of parking space if you want to bring your boat. This is not a lakefront property. Access via state park. Most pets ok with pre-notification. Absolutely no more than 4 people maximum.

Cabin by the Creek

This is a rustic studio style cabin. This cabin sits on a dry creek bed, overlooking a pond. We have basic furnishings, along with a very comfortable queen metal framed bed, in a 384 sq. ft. living area, and 400 sq. ft. of covered deck.
