Dreaming Tree Cottage, our recently updated home is located in a private community, Mapleton Beach, offering a lakeview & beach access perfect for your getaway. It is located near the heart of wine country and in the middle of the GOTL strip. While a few wineries and a brewery are walkable, many other wineries are a 15-20 minute drive away. It is easy to access ride services such as Uber/Lyft. There is also a wine shuttle we recommend that can be pre-booked by the Lodge + Conference Center.

Welcome to a timeless retreat by the water - a century-old home that marries modern comfort with historic allure. The house boasts an abundance of original charm, featuring wood paneling, beams adorning the ceiling, and the original hardwood floor. The light and airy kitchen include quartz countertops, new cabinets, appliances, and luxury vinyl plank flooring. The spacious bedrooms, living area, and dining room are caressed by daylight, creating an ambiance that is both uplifting and soothing.

Lakeview Retreat

Enjoy the unobstructed lake views very close to downtown Chardon, several golf courses, the Holden Arboretum, and Alpine Valley Skiing. We are a short walk to Bass Lake and its amenities. Inside, you'll love the cozy fireplace, 3 season porch, 4K TV, games, and puzzles. You can also just sit and relax while enjoying the view with a glass of wine in the enclosed porch. There is even a writing desk with views of the lake. Well-mannered dogs are welcome as long as they stay off the furniture.

Come and enjoy our luxurious 3000 sf. house featuring 5 bedrooms and 3 baths located in the heart of the GOTL strip. Walking distance to all attractions. Enjoy all that the area has to provide with its variety of restaurants and wineries, not to mention all the fun that the lake has to offer. After a full day, come back and relax at the fire pit or have a cocktail on one of our covered porches. Weather not co-operating? Enjoy the poker room, gaming room, gourmet kitchen and much more!

Parrot Key Cottage

A Parrot Key Cottage is located in the heart of Geneva-On-The-Lake. Our newly renovated Modern Contemporary Air Conditioned Cottage has 3 Bedrooms (sleeps 6), 1 bathroom, living room which is open to the eat-in kitchen equipped with gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and there is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. For your outdoor living the private yard is great for camp fires, picnics and you can even try your luck at Jenga and Corn-hole. Thank you, Tammie and Kevin.

With 2 living rooms and a hot tub, our home is ideal for a family vacation. Pet-friendly; beds for 6, plus 3 futons (groups larger than 8 must be approved by the host).
