Eagle Creek Ranch 1/2 Block from Bell Street

Eagle Creek Ranch is my special place. I fell in love with it and I knew it was for me. I continue to pour my heart into the property and I love to share with others. The wifi is good. Several times a year it might be out for a few hours or so . There is ample parking. You might see the resident bobcat and fox through every day. You’re a 10 second walk from downtown Bell Street. Freeway, east of property, can be heard on north side of house only. Small gatherings allowed (w/ permission).

You will be greeted with a rose covered trellis entry gate and spacious fully enclosed yard for your furry family member. Studio feels much larger than it's 500 sq ft. but retains a warm and cozy feel. Short walk into the town of Santa Ynez or a 5-10 minute drive to all of the other lovely towns in the valley, Solvang/Los Olivos/Balllard/Buellton.

We are centrally located in downtown Ballard. Walk or bike to Lincourt, Rideau, Buttonwood, and more. The town of Los Olivos is approx. 2 miles away, a nice, easy bike ride or a short drive. Take a moment to view our posted guidebook for several local dining options, and Bob's Well Bread is within walking distance for breakfast or lunch (open Thurs thru Monday). And of course, we're happy to make recommendations for dining options upon request.

See what our guests have to say.... ***Between the amazing sunrise, the friendly family (dog and owners!), and the wonderfully comfortable decor, this little studio is the perfect "home base" for a weekend in the area. So enjoyed being out of town, but so close to everything! Our only regret is we did not have longer to stay. ***What a wonderful studio that offers beautiful views of the mountains.
