Foxup House Barn

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

A traditional barn, set on the slopes of Whernside, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, this truly is a secluded spot. Located at the end of a narrow track, it is enveloped by woodland, fields and streams. The open plan, rustic style suits couples, small groups and some families, and is ideal as a base for outdoor activities. A peaceful dog-friendly rural retreat with walks on your doorstep, exclusive use of the garden, charcoal BBQ, pizza oven, and a wood-fired hot tub to relax in.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

Romantic Off-grid retreat in North Pennines AONB

Low Moss Cottage. A cute and cosy, recently renovated, totally off-grid holiday cottage with dramatic and stunning views of Weardale. On a hill away from other houses and distractions, this 18th century cottage is the perfect place to gaze into the dark skies while cuddled up by the fire, or soak in the window side bath. Perfect for walkers, artists, photographers, writers, digital detoxers, honeymooners and anyone who wants to get away from it all.

The Luxury Loft is situated within the West Wing of the Stunning and Imposing Claughton Hall. We hope to provide guests with a comfortable yet memorable home from home experience. The Loft offers spectacular views over the Lune Valley from an elevated hilltop position. Take it easy at this unique, tranquil and luxurious getaway. The Fenwick Arms gastro pub is situated a short 12minute walk away at the bottom of the homes private driveway.

Nestled at the foot of the Howgill Fells on our small family farm, Ellergill pod is the ideal base to explore both the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales. With its double bed and double sofa bed, it's perfect for a romantic getaway for 2 or for a family with up to 2 children. There is a fully equipped kitchenette,  ensuite bathroom, outdoor dining, firepit, bbq, swinging seat and covered outdoor bath ( big enough for 2!)

Oak Cottage - King bed & private parking

Super Dales Cottage with an open plan ground floor with a wood burning stove & modern heating system. Superb terrace with open views across Dentdale. Two bedrooms, one with a 5' wide king bed, bedroom 2 has a 4' wide double bed. The bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet & washbasin. Private parking at the rear & the village car park has several EV charging points if needed. A short walk to the village stores, pubs & cafes.

Amber Cottage,Oughtershaw on Dales Way,nr Hawes

Oughtershaw is a tiny, peaceful, rural hamlet of only 8 houses surrounded by the stunning scenery of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Nestling close to Oughtershaw Beck and oozing period charm is Amber Cottage, a traditional Dales house dating from 1732. The cottage is directly on the ‘Dales Way’, so ideal for walkers and is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day exploring everything the Dales have to offer.
