Our property is located on the top of the hill 15 minutes' drive from the Centre of Yerevan TV station. We have a great view, fruit garden, 80 sq.m terrace on your own to enjoy your free time and the sunshine. Your room has a separate entrance from the house through the terrace. The bus stop is in front of our house and you can take a bus for 100 dram (0.25 cent) to the center of Yerevan. If you stay with us for 5 and more days I will serve you with one lunch or one dinner in our house.
