1100sf, single story guest house that's a couple minutes from the town of Rifle, yet backs up to vast open space. Sheltered from view of the highway by trees, boasts tremendous sunsets over the Roan Cliffs, and views of the Hogbacks and Mamm Peak. "R Farm" is a developing farm w/ sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, dogs, and cats. The guest house is adjacent to our family home and near the barn. Abundant opportunities for local outdoor enthusiasts exist or simply stay and enjoy the abundance.

After hiking or skiing Sunlight Ski Area (30 min), head Downtown for dinner and a soak at the Hot Springs (10 min). Our unit in Carbondale located on 150 acres of our families private working ranch located on the east side of Carbondale. The guest suite has a private entrance with excellent views and is only a 10 minute walk to downtown Carbondale. The space is comfortable for up to 3 adults or a family of 4. Plenty of sunshine and room to relax after a day of skiing, fishing or hiking! Please be aware that we are on a gravel dirt road. No need for a 4 wheel drive vehicle but can be wet.

Our Dream Ranch sits on 70 gorgeous acres with room to hike to the Colorado River that borders our property. Relax at the stocked fishing pond or have a fire in our firepit. Golfing right across the road. Activity Center within 2 miles. Ski Resorts 45 minutes away. Very quiet and peaceful. You can bring horses for an additional fee of $20.00/horse/limit 2 horses. We have turn out available.
