Seasonal pools & a kids pool (open through mid-fall), and a year round hot tub & sauna. A playground & BBQ/picnic area, and green space with an unobstructed view from the condo. Cozy walk-out basement with views of the lake and a gate-access pass to the amenities of Ideal Beach. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, wi-fi, games, and lots of parking for your boats and toys. Pets are welcome for $15/pet per night, maximum of 2. Great for creative retreats, families, digital nomads, and vacationers--not the right place for partiers. The HOA noise ordinance is enforced, and there are upstairs guests. No smoking!
