Malmøya is well known for it's ore foundation that gives rise to its scenic nature and surroundings. You can hike as well as bathe her throughout the year. The apartment has big windows which makes it airy and bright and has two bedrooms (one with a double bed). The left side of the balcony has direct view to the Ekeberg-hill.

Rekkehus med 8 sengeplasser fordelt på 4 soverom med 2 på hvert. Huset er vanligvis bebodd av pappa og tre barn i alderen 5, 9 og 13 år. Huset er ryddig, men bærer samtidig preg av å være bebodd og det vil være begrenset med plass for å legge/henge klær, da skap ikke tømmes før utleie. Det ryddes god plass i kjøleskap, men heller ikke dette tømmes helt i forkant av utleie.
