Designed for comfort and convenience, our space features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Starlink WiFi, an EV charge point, and luxurious Simba memory foam beds. Unwind in the roll-top copper bathtub, elegantly set upon a mezzanine platform. We are located in a peaceful village, so ask guests to be mindful of noise. We are not suitable for loud parties or celebrations.

Transport is easy, 5 minutes from jct 40 at Penrith, on the A686. 1.5 hours from Newcastle and a 10 min walk from the Carlisle/Settle/Leeds station line.

South facing rustic stone built barn conversion for 4 people close to Acomb village within the Dark Sky National Park. A private garden from which to enjoy stunning views and stargaze. Hadrian's Wall, Hexham market town, country walks, cycle routes and village pubs all a stones throw from the doorstep. The Michelin Star restaurant,Pines is 10 mins away. The property is set on a smallholding in a picturesque Cumbrian village at the bottom of Hartside pass.

Situated in the beautiful Eden Valley which lies between the Lake District and the Northern Pennines, we have converted an 17th Century barn into a modern chic, cosy, private one-bedroom apartment perfect for a luxurious getaway to this beautiful corner of the UK. The spacious apartment has a king-sized bed, one bathroom with a walk-in shower and an open plan kitchen and living room. There is WiFi ( but it can be intermittent due to our rural location) TV and DVD player.
