This is a beach house on 12ft piers. It is 525 square feet and has a 14x28 ft deck. We have six lounge chairs available, plus barbecue pit downstairs in utility room. I have three extra changes of sheets and 72 towels available for use. Electric stove, microwave, two refrigerators, and table with six chairs. Shower and toilet only, no tub. Undercover parking. This pristine home boasts 3 bedrooms/2.5 bath, sleeps 10 and is just a short walk or bicycle ride to the beach. The primary room has a king bed, sitting area and en suite bathroom. One guest bedroom has 2 queens beds while the bunk room is outfitted with 3 twins and 1 full. The guest bedrooms are separated by a roomy full-size bathroom and a powder room directly behind the dining area.

The granite kitchen is new and fully stocked, and the open living offers plenty of space to spread out. Pets are welcome.
