Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Maria's Happy Place

Our house was built in the traditional neoclassical style of Galaxidi. Galaxidi is one of the most beautifully preserved towns of Greece and a well kept secret; it is not "touristy" and therefore you get a true feel of Greece. The house is ample, 115 sqm. It has a very warm atmosphere: beautiful thick wooden floors, windows and balconies and lots of light! It is equipped for all seasons and has many extras to make your stay comfortable and happy!

The property is a traditional renovated house, 5 minutes walk from the center of Arachova where you can find restaurants, coffee shops, bars and beautiful shops for souvenirs or fashion shopping. It has a brand new bathroom and a newly renovated kitchen, fully equipped. The spacious bedroom has a comfortable double bed ideal for a couple. We provide a private parking space, as it is difficult to find a parking space in the narrow streets of our village.

Ένα ευχάριστο διώροφο σπίτι 62 τ.μ. στο κέντρο του Γαλαξιδίου, παραδοσιακού στυλ με κυκλαδίτικες πινελιές, σας περιμένει για να περάσετε στιγμές χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε κεντρική τοποθεσία, μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια απο την αγορά και την πλατεία Μανουσάκια, και 5 λεπτά απο το λιμάνι και τις παραλίες. Εάν διαθέτετε αυτοκίνητο υπάρχει αρκετός χώρος για να παρκάρετε, ακριβώς έξω απο το σπίτι.
