Very quiet, on a very peacefull village. Swimming area close by, water stream with fish, great for hiking, bird watching and canyoning. 20 mins to furnas lake by car. This typical fully remodeled house is located on the north coast of São Miguel Island, in Porto Formoso. It has a large terrace with a wonderful front view of the sea. Moinhos Beach is a 10-minute walk away and the village of Porto Formoso is 15 minutes away. There are two restaurants in the immediate vicinity, the city of Ribeira Grande - 10 km away - has a supermarket and many other shops. Several tourist attractions nearby (Furnas, Santa Bárbara Beach, Gorreana Tea).
