The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. This two bedrooms house is cozy and perfect for a couple, a family of 4, or up to 4 adults. The house has a comfortable queen and full-size bed. We provide an initial supply of coffee, tea, laundry detergent, shampoo, body wash, paper towels, and toilet papers. We offer high-speed internet. The living room has a flat-screen Roku TV with Netflix, Sling and other streaming apps already installed. This home is close to downtown Hendersonville and lots of good restaurants. 20 mins from Asheville.
