What we love about this house is the open concept. It's homey & warm. All furnishings & supplies (besides washer & dryer) are brand new as of May 2023. The neighborhood is safe & quiet, & the neighbors are friendly & keep to themselves. The house itself is centrally located. You get the small town feel, but are within minutes of the freeway. Boise is less than an hour away. There are several restaurants & grocery stores just across the river in Ontario.

Private river-front guesthouse (studio).

Come for the river view and stay for the relaxation. Our studio is a private, separate guesthouse just a few steps from the south channel of the Boise River. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer.

Restful Retreat is FAST from the freeway and EASY to find, with covered parking and convenient check-in with a SMART LOCK. Beautiful and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood is close to shopping, hospital, restaurants, and a local park. Well-stocked kitchen, quiet location, and comfy beds. Local host is happy to assist. Simple Check-Out: Wash your dishes. That's it. Pack 'N Play is available on request. No pets allowed.

Cozy Cottage Duplex- in the heart of Emmett

Recently remodeled duplex Apartment with a cottage/farmhouse feel. This home is less than a block to downtown shopping, dining and the farmers market during the summer. Also just minutes away from walking and biking trails along the river. Quiet neighborhood and located off a dead end alley. Kitchen is stocked with basic amenities for cooking, including coffee and tea. Full washer/dryer and wifi on premises.

Farmhouse on the Flat

Little farmhouse in the country just two miles west of Weiser, Idaho, the Hub of the Universe. This Turn-of-the-Century charmer has two bedrooms, one bathroom, large eat-in kitchen, large yard, and off-road parking. Train-lovers Paradise! Nearby railroad tracks with about 10 trains per day. Surrounded by wheat fields, with a view of Indianhead. Pets are welcome as long as they are completely house trained.

Sleepy Bear Lodge

Our property is located outside of the town of Caldwell in a county setting. Our neighbors on both sides have farm animals making for a unique experience. We are minutes from multiple golf courses. Shopping is 10-15 minutes away. Boise Airport is about a 30 minute drive. And the Oregon border is a stone’s throw from here. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

Omma’s Loft

Our little 2 Bedroom Studio/Loft apartment is an open design inspired by our roots in New York City. It has a full kitchen, large bathroom and a covered front porch. It was originally an airplane hangar where a local legend built bi-planes before being refinished into an apartment for my mother. The home is on a dead end street and only one mile to the freeway.
