Brand new apartment. This is a private studio attached to my house with keypad entry exclusive use of Airbnb guest. One queen bed, kitchen with all the essential, super clean and confortable. WiFi, Smart Tv with access to Netflix, Hulu and more using your own accounts but also plenty of channels including news and movies. Great location close to Baybrook mall, 20 min to downtown, 35 min to Galveston, 14 min Hobby airport. Baybrook mall is just 8 min with lots of restaurants and great shopping.

Outstanding Clear Lake City, Houston home only 5 minutes to NASA JSC and 20 minutes to Downtown Houston, or the Kemah Boardwalk! The home features a huge pool and spa with a 4 ton rock waterfall! The pool and spa can be heated. Spa is free to heat but we charge to heat the pool in winter. The back patio is exceptionally large and perfect for enjoying the outdoor space day and night. Winding creek through the property, with chickens and two horses grazing in the pasture. Lots of sheep, pigs, and donkeys next door. Property has private swimming pool for your enjoyment.
