Peaceful stay in Frimley village

Welcome to our Annex. Located down a restricted road it is both very safe and quiet. You will find the accommodation tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, modern shower room and general work/dining area. The living area opens out through patio doors onto our shared garden. Ideally located for all transport links i.e. M3, A3, Main line trains to London and close to Heathrow (25 mins) and Gatwick (45mins). There is a hourly direct bus service to Heathrow (730/731 ) with the stop 200m away.

Modern self-contained double in beautiful Rowledge

A beautiful, brand new annexe with a fab bathroom in the stunning countryside backing onto the Alice Holt Forest on the Surrey/ Hants border, and close to classy Fanrham. The property has recently been renovated and includes wood floors, underfoor heating and an immaculate bathroom. Your space is a double BR with private entrance. It features a comfy King-Sized bed, table & chairs, fridge, tea/ coffee, a great shower and a quiet exterior space to chill. Cooking facilities are not provided.

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Convenient location for Farnborough M3/M25, Guildford A3/M25, Reading M4 - Heathrow Airport 35 minutes, Gatwick airport 45 minutes , Farnham train station to London Waterloo 45 minutes without changes. Village gem of a pub, The Crown & green is 100 yards from the property and it’s a short drive to Ludshott Common, Waggoners Wells and The Devils Punchbowl. 1.5 miles or a 4 minute drive from the wedding venue Cain Manor. Easy access to the A3.

Eco Cabin near Frensham Great Pond

Escape from life's stresses. 'The Shed' is a rustic eco cabin with a living roof. The owner, an interior designer, built and decorated it using natural materials, giving it a calm & cozy aesthetic. The cabin is open plan with two sleeping areas & a living room with doors that open onto a deck overlooking fields, shaded by pines with a firepit to watch the sunset. The cabin is 10 mins walk through the woods to Frensham beach & 2 ponds where you can wild swim all year round.

Squires Hill Cottage

Squires Hill Cottage is a beautifully restored coach house located within the quintessential English village of Tilford, 4 miles from the historic market town of Farnham. The cottage is situated in a quiet location within walking distance to the village pub, shop and cricket green. Beautiful Blossom Bothy(self contained)

Bijou, comfortable single room garden cabin ( 1 superking bed or twins ) with kitchenette, excellent WiFi,TV and adjoining ensuite shower and WC, set in the middle of an SSSI within the South Downs National Park and accessed by an unmade bumpy track. Please note this is not a village location though pubs are about a 5 minute drive ( walkable with good footwear and a map ! ) A car or bicycles are favourable although we have accommodated hikers overnight.

A Bolthole in The Bourne - a new detached annex

Detached and self contained studio with private access and lots of parking. The Bolthole is set in a beautiful quiet location, near to very lovely Bourne Woods and walking distance to two renowned local pubs; The Spotted Cow and The Fox. A prefect hideaway to relax with lots of fab walks on our doorstep and the Georgian town of Farnham with all its amenities is just a 20 minute walk . The train station is a 20 min walk with direct trains to Waterloo.

One Bed Country Hideaway in AONB

Because of the Coronavirus outbreak, in addition to our normal high standard of CLEANING, we DISINFECT the Annex after every stay. We also provide cleaning supplies for guests use. Lovely self contained 1 bedroomed annex with own entrance and small outside space with table and chair. Welcome pack. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to public transport restaurants and towns by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. A car is essential.

Oak Tree Retreat

Nestled between two treasures of the National Trust, the Devil's Punchbowl and Golden Valley (a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty), this quirky cabin is the perfect place to get out in nature—or to simply relax in a cosy cottage garden and soak in the wood-fired hot-tub.
