It features curated artwork honoring caretaker Roosevelt Randolph and other long-time residents, TV with Chromecast capabilities, in-room safe, and Marshall bluetooth speaker. There is a potential for noise in the suite, as well as armed security for events with over 500 people. Guests have access to the private parking lot.
