Location! Location! Location! Our completely private, remodeled duplex is located just south of Hwy 60 in Springfield, MO. We are only a couple minutes from the closest grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers. The Battlefield Mall, Bass Pro Wonders of Wildlife, Cox and Mercy hospitals are all under 10 minutes away, and Downtown Springfield is a short 15 minute drive. If our West unit is a bit too small for your group, you can combine your booking with our East unit if available!

Our cozy house in the center of Nixa. It is located between Branson & Springfield. We are walking distance to the center of Nixa. We hope you enjoy this clean and comfy home as much as we did. Fireplace is decorative only. We are not the hosts that “pop in,” however we are only a message away. On-site activities are numerous and include bicycling, trail hiking, utv trail riding, kayaking, fishing, hot tubbing, and swimming in your own personal paradise. The river access is a short but fun two minute utv drive from the cabin.
