We are just 2 minutes from bayhealth hospital Milford campus, 10 minutes from DE turf & 20-30 minutes from all beaches. Early check in available upon request for 12:00pm, fee $100. During the summer months we offer our pool for guest use! We welcome families & fur babies! We do have 5 dogs ourself that roam freely in our backyard. This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

Rehoboth beach is about 45 minutes away De turf Spots Complex about 15 minutes away. only 1 dog Preferably under 30 lbs but we'll make exceptions. 1875 renovated, 2-bedroom farmhouse. The cozy bedrooms offer a comfortable queen bed, 2 full beds, 2 twin beds for a tranquil night's sleep. 2 full and 1 1/2 bath ensure convenience for all. Our organic farm has horses, chickens, rabbits, dogs, cats. None of which have access to this property but nice watching them all live their best lives on our farm. This ensures the quiet you are looking for. We’re happy to suggest local spots to make your stay more enjoyable.

THE RIVER HOUSE @ DE TURF ! 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths, this home accommodates large groups traveling to Delaware Turf for soccer, lacrosse and field hockey tournaments. Four living areas and a central kitchen, multiple families can use this home at the same time. 2 sets of bunks in each bunk room! The river view is outstanding from the picture window in the family room! This home is less than a mile from the turf fields and 30 minutes to the resort beaches!

Charming home close to the DE Truf fields and 40 minutes to the Delaware beaches, Lewes, Rehoboth and Dewey Beach. This charming house is two main bedrooms and bath on the second floor.
