Or take out the canoe, 2 kayaks or 2 paddle boards and explore the grassy inlet to the pond, Little Wolf Beach, and the mountains poking up between the trees. July/Aug reservations are Saturday to Saturday only. Dogs are welcome, but must be on reservation

House on Lake Flower close to Downtown. Close to the Ice Palace, Farmers Market, Rail Trail. Firework displays can be seen from house. Guests have access to the downstairs of the house. The upstairs is vacant (closed off). Picture windows offer views of Lake Flower, the mountains and downtown. The house is a short walk to town and restaurants. For holiday events, it’s a great location to watch firework displays. King bed, views, patio with grill, outdoor fireplace and sunsets.

We are 5 minutes from Saranac Lake, 10 Minutes from Lake Placid, and 25 minutes from Whiteface. Located on a peninsula of Oseetah Lake, we have waterfront access perfect for ice skating, snowshoeing and XC skiing in the winter right from our doorstep. The lake offers sweeping views of Ampersand and the surrounding mountains.

Our spot on the north shore of Osgood Pond is a perfect location for nature lovers!. Come relax and explore! You'll find the guest apartment cosy and comfy, with its own entrance and patio/deck. You can bike, hike, fish, canoe, swim or xc ski right from the property. Loons and eagles are summer residents. Walk the many trails at the super close Paul Smith's College VIC (a nature and xc ski center.) We'd love to welcome you!
