I tried making the perfect place for my sister, brother-in-law, two nieces, and their dog, to look forward to staying with me when they come back home to Fort Wayne for visits. This cute house is in the perfect area for rest and activities. You will be close to downtown, a college and some popular local hideaways. This home has two bedrooms, a garage and a fenced in a yard. We are happy to host your pet, with a non-refundable pet fee. You'll be able to pack light, as we have a washer and dryer on site. You'll also enjoy easy meal prep and clean up with a new dishwasher. Our apartment is 1600 square foot fully furnished basement with 1 bathroom with walk in shower, 1 bedroom with a full sized bed...full living room with 65" TV with surround sound. A full kitchen, with hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, and coffee maker. A great quiet location on a caulisack with a nature preserve behind home. The apartment has a separate entry way. Basement is a closed off with door and can be locked for privacy.
