We are conveniently located about 15 minutes from Magnolia Silos and other points of interest such as the Zoo, Dr. Pepper Museum, Baylor etc. No pets without special permission from host, however there is a $25.00 pet fee because of the extra cleanup. Fishing poles and baits are provided. Small gatherings/parties are permitted. I have had several small weddings in the past.
