The Green House on Remington is a cozy turn-of-the-century house with new modern comforts and a convenient place to stay in Old Town. Easy walking to CSU campus, also to the downtown area with its variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. The house has a spacious backyard and patio. Our recently remodeled home is a perfect getaway for all. The house is a duplex, with two working professionals living in the basement. They have their own separate entrance and do not share any spaces with you.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. It is a tri-level home with full use of the two car garage (no pin pad located outside of the garage). There are two bedrooms (1 queen bed and 1 double bed) with a pull out as a spare. There are two and a half bathrooms. There is parking located along the outside (front) of the house as well as extra spots located to the side of the house for additional parking. This house has plenty of space, is bright, and has a private patio.

We are a fun loving couple that has lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years and want to share our space along with all the best Fort Collins has to offer. Ask us about what our favorite hiking and biking trails, breweries, concert venues, and best happy hour spots are in town!
