It has fantastic views of the beach and you can see the waves crashing on to the sand from the lounge/dining area.There is a smart TV which has Netflix and movies and fast WiFi. Away from the crowd, nestled in the hills with views of the Barham River Valley and only 6 kms from beaches, shops and restaurants of Apollo Bay (10 minutes drive). Who could ask for more! We are on 40 acres, with Sheep and an Alpaca, called Monty grazing close by. Wildlife and birds are also our neighbours with Koalas often lounging in the trees nearby.

The Cottage has it's very own Tesla Charger installed which can be used for all guests in their E-vehicles. In keeping with the energy efficient theme, the Cottage also has solar panels on the roof connected to a Tesla battery pack, it is also connected to main power just in case!
