Shabby Chic House in Fornalutx

Charming house located two minutes away from the village center. The house was built in 1922 by our ancestors who had emigrated to France years before and when coming back, they built pieces of art with multiple Art Nouveau reminiscenses. Consequently, the house offers a special atmosphere which combines the elegance of Modernism with the simplicity and warmth of a nowadays home. We are sure you will have a pleasant stay in our lovely home and will enjoy summer nights in the gorgeous patio.

Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.

La casita se sitúa a solo 10-15 minutos del mar pudiendo pasar días de playa en el Puerto de Sóller donde podrá disfrutar de todas las actividades que desee. Está situada en el corazón de la Sierra de Tramuntana, por lo tanto es un punto de partida ideal para rutas de senderismo.
