Amy’s Local BNB is nestled among huge fir trees in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from downtown Sebastopol. This sunny contemporary gem focuses on our commitment to local and sustainably sourced food, wine, and crafts. With a full kitchen, you can enjoy the comforts of a meal cooked “at home” from the local farmer’s market, or walk to superb local eateries. We will share maps to our favorite swimming hole on the Russian River or to ocean beaches, or introduce you to excellent local vintners.

This bold, eclectic 2000 sqft cabin provides a unique bohemian experience and a spacious calm retreat, ideal for multiple couples or families. The Black Sheep is nestled among the redwoods and perfectly situated for the Russian River (4min), wine tasting (8min), restaurants (10min), and the Armstrong Redwoods preserve. After a day spent floating on the river or tasting some of the best wines in the world, soak in the hot tub, BBQ, or watch a movie/karaoke/play games on the 12ft movie screen!

Sunny Riverfront Cottage

This lovely cottage is directly on the Russian River with gorgeous views. We've kept the original 1909 charm of the main living space while adding many new amenities. Your oasis awaits. BEFORE BOOKING: Be aware that the cozy second bedroom is not attached to the house, it is accessed through the main bedroom and a just few steps across the deck. Relax in the hot tub or in the hammock on the backyard deck with a peaceful nature view or hang inside the cozy abode and make use of the fully-stocked kitchen. we have a limit of 4 overnight guests and 2 vehicles per Sonoma County permit rules.
