This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

Bidwell Park Pool Side Retreat

Welcome to our cozy poolside guesthouse! Just ¼ mile from Lower Bidwell Park and a 15–20 minute walk to downtown Chico, it's the perfect home base for your stay. Enjoy a full kitchen, patio, dedicated parking, private entrance, and access to our shared pool (available upon request). We live in the front house and are available if you need anything, but otherwise we'll give you complete privacy. We hope you enjoy the pool house as much as we do!
