Very peaceful neighborhood. We have a liquor store, and a buck creep pizza in town it’s only 1/4 of a mile away. About 8 miles to downtown Lafayette where you can find a variety of restaurants, and about 9.4 miles from Purdue University, about 20 minutes drive to Purdue stadium, located in west Lafayette, and if you are traveling and just want to spend the night we are just about A MILE off I-65.

Built in 1957, this ranch-style charmer is tucked into a tree-lined neighborhood on the northwest side of Kokomo. With a one-car detached garage, a lovely open layout, and a fantastic front porch, you'll feel right at home here.
