Five minutes to Rutherford Hospital, easy access to TIEC, the nearby blueridge mountains, historic Asheville and Hendersonville or if you are looking for something different you could easily visit Charlotte or Greenville SC.

Lovely home 5 minutes from Strawberry Hill USA, and 23 minutes to Tryon International Equestrian Center. Great spot if you are traveling through and want a full house to stay in. Plenty of room for parking, only 9 minutes to Boiling Springs, and about 20-30 minutes from Spartanburg and Greenville. Note: 1 Full bath and 2 half baths, typical of older homes. This home is very comfortable, open floor plan sitting in the very middle of 27 acres of trees in the beautiful area of Green Hill, NC which is apart of Rutherford County. The home has 2 bedrooms and they are located on each end of the house, dining table sits 6, large living area with fire place. There is a deck on the front and back of the home. In the summer, there are many flowers and plants , in the winter time most are cleared off and just the natural look of being in the woods.
