"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.

La Finestra di fronte è un piccolo e delizioso appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato, che si trova nel cuore del centro storico di Orvieto. Molto luminoso ed accogliente, ha accesso privato ed indipendente su una delle piazzette più tipiche e belle della rupe! La casa è stata interamente ristrutturata ed è situata in primissima periferia, a pochi passi dal centro storico di Foligno e dalla Caserma Gonzaga, raggiungibile in auto in soli 3/5 minuti, a piedi in 15 minuti e 8 minuti in bici. A soli 20 min. in auto si può raggiungere Rasiglia 'la piccola venezia umbra', Trevi,Bevagna, Montefalco, Campello sul Clitunno, Assisi, Spoleto..

Fornita di wi-fi televisione e riscaldamento.
