The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge, stove, microwave, and Keurig, and the king-size bed features a medium-firm mattress for a restful night's sleep. This studio is in our basement. You might hear our dogs or footsteps sometimes since our bedrooms are right above. We do our best to keep noise down, especially when we’re home. The space is located up 16 stairs in the carriage house. It's about a mile from Hendersonville's Historic Main Street and yet secluded on 2 acres in wooded Laurel Park. A public park with a pond, stream, pathway adjoin the property. 30-minute drive to Pisgah & DuPont Forests.

Our recently restored cabin is located 15 minutes from downtown Hendersonville and 12 minutes from DuPont State Forest. This is a great home base for adventures in both Henderson and Transylvania counties. Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. A stay at our cabin is a great opportunity to enjoy rural life in Western NC. Pretty Place Chapel is about 35-40 minutes away.
