Fire up the grill and have a BBQ on the front porch of a quaint mountain cabin. Gather round a fire pit when the sun goes down. Relax inside on a comfy couch in a rustic, wood-paneled living room. A kid-friendly cabin located close to downtown Hendersonville and all the area has to offer. Centrally located to near-by Brevard and Asheville while accommodating all the comforts of home. Entire property for use of guests. While we do not live on the property we are only a phone call away. The cabin is nestled in the heart of the Western North Carolina's Blue Ridge Mountains, close to downtown Hendersonville. It's centrally located between Brevard and Asheville. Parking for up to 3 vehicles on-site Amenities include an outdoor fire pit, grill, coffee maker and fully functioning kitchen. A tree-house is located onsite for adventurous young ones. Pop open a cold drink and have a seat on a sunny deck, or recline in a leather armchair beside the wood-burning stove in the living room. The Tree House is a 2 bedroom 1 bath A-frame cabin built in 1971 overlooking the trees. Our home has a beautiful picture window that allows for amazing scenery as you sit and enjoy friends & family inside or on the deck. Our home was renovated by us in 2017/2018, it has been so much fun to be hands on while our vision has come together to give an industrial rustic feel. The Tree House can be used as a base camp as it is centrally located in the NC mountains ...10 Minutes to Historic Flat Rock & the Flat Rock Play House, 15 minutes to downtown Hendersonville, 15 Minutes to Dupont State Park, 20 Minutes to Brevard, 35 Minutes to Tryon Equestrian Center, 45 Minutes to Blue Ridge Parkway, 45 Minutes to Asheville, & 45 minutes to Greenville, SC. Once you head up the driveway you will have parking for 3 vehicles on the parking pad. Do not park in the garage. Please use caution when pulling in and backing around deck support poles. Guests will have access to the entire property minus one owners closet with a pad lock. Available as needed by text, phone, email. I will be happy to recommend cool restaurants, breweries and area attractions. We love to hike so we can provide suggestions on hikes in the area. The cabin is set a top a plot of land along a private gravel road, yet only minutes by car from downtown Hendersonville’s dining and shopping. Pay a visit to Carl Sandburg's Home, then grab a cold one at Oklawaha Brewing Company. A vehicle is reccomended We have a Insignia Roku TV & DVD player. The TV is attached to an antenna with about 15 stations and it has apps for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Google Play, & Sling. Guest will have to use their account logins for the apps

The perfect cozy spot to unplug in the mountains! I feel like lots of descriptions try to "oversell" you so I'll share a few things i genuinely love about my mini a-frame. - It's in the most peaceful setting - it's like camping but wayyy cozier - with a super comfy bed :) - You'll feel secluded but just steps in the forest from your parking spot + only 15 min. to Hendersonville and 17 to Brevard - You can open the side to create a covered patio - My own brand of local coffee is always included

This unique place has a style all its own designed to emulate a ranger retreat /fire tower. The cabin has a commanding view of Chimney Rock and Hickory Nut Falls/Gorge. The cabin was built out of 100+ year old reclaimed materials with 15 foot vaulted ceilings on the main floor. With poplar bark walls, incredible lighting hand cut slate floors your stay is guaranteed to be enchanting. Sit in the hot tub and look at a waterfall while listening to another waterfall behind you and river below you.

Immerse yourself in nature and spend your days exploring the nearby waterfalls and trails in DuPont State Forest or Caesars Head State Park. This recently-improved cabin is smack dab in the middle of a multitude of recreational opportunities. Everything you need for a relaxing mountain vacation is here. Our property is located just east of Hendersonville surrounded by horse farms and orchards. Summer and fall are great times to pick apples, blackberries and other fruit. For wine lovers, there are six wineries in our area offering tastings, music and great food. Many of these locations are with 10-15 minutes of the cabin. Local breweries offer craft beer and live music. The shared fire pit is available to enjoy your favorite beverage.

This newly built mountain cottage nestled in the woods has all one needs for a cozy getaway to Western North Carolina. Our property is located next to DuPont State Forest which is so close you can hear the waterfalls from the front door. World class mountain biking/hiking are just half a mile away.
