Ang perpektong Home Base. Ilang minuto lang papunta sa Saddleback, 1.5 milya papunta sa downtown na may beach at boat ramp. Nasa liblib na lugar sa isang napakatahimik at pampamilyang kapitbahayan ng asosasyon. May direktang access sa ITS snowmobile, WALANG access sa ATV. Talagang pribado ang property, pero malapit ito sa lahat ng amenidad sa Rangeley. Matatagpuan ang tuluyan sa 6 na ektaryang pribadong lupain at may direktang access sa tabing - dagat papunta sa magandang lawa ng Flagstaff. Maglakad pababa sa tubig at mag - enjoy. Wala pang 20 minuto mula sa Sugarloaf Mountain at hiking sa Appalachian Trail at Bigelow mountain range. Maikling biyahe lang sa Rangeley Lakes at Saddleback Ski area. May access sa mga daanan ng snowmobiling sa kabila ng kalye

Mga tanawin ng bintana ng makasaysayang Dam, River & Mountains. Ilang hakbang lang ang layo ng Dead River para lumutang, mangisda, at sumama sa mga cascading na tunog ng Dam. Malayo ang layo ng Trails End Restaurant!
