Lovely newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath duplex home in very convenient Kennewick location close to Columbia River. It's on a quiet street. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, bake, and eat. Plenty of space for everyone! Bedroom #1 features a king size bed and Bedroom #2 has as queen and a twin bed. All linens included. Dogs are welcome on a case by case basis. Home features a deck off the living room with a partial view of the Columbia River and a large fully fenced yard.

The little house

Relax and enjoy this cozy little house located centrally in Richland Wa. at the foothills of Badger and Candy mountain. We are near shopping, restaurants, wineries and easy access to the Highway. We have some of the best wineries in the country. Lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. The little house has a queen murphy bed, and another queen bed in the loft. It’s designed for 1-4 guests. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, blender and electric skillet.

Guest home located above the detached garage further back on our property. It sits on an acre where guests are free to use the yard, fire pit, barbecue & play equipment. The main home is also an Airbnb with only yard shared. It is a studio apartment with a private entrance to the property. The living and sleeping area, as well as the kitchen are all connected. Great walk in shower as well as full size deck for your relaxation and watching the beautiful sunsets we have here in the Tri-Cities.

While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).
