"Our Little House"

This is a great little house for coming to visit friends and family in the area or if you're just passing through. We do not have central air, but we do have a portable air conditioner unit in the bedroom which makes it cool and comfortable. A lot of people that stay call "Our Little House" a cottage. I think it could also be called "The Little Cottage on the Highway". We are located on a highway, but our little house sits back far enough that the highway has never been a problem, noisewise.

The Mainstay

Cook in the equipped kitchen or out on the bbq. Have a picnic at the gazebo or go for a walk in the garden. Play lawn games, make s'mores around the firepit or stay in and watch a movie. Right in the middle of and less then 30 minutes away from Perrysburg, Findlay, Fremont and Tiffin.

There is ample parking on the street and off street parking in the driveway . Wapakoneta has a charming downtown with many shops and restaurants. You can enjoy a summer festival, outdoor concert or visit the Neil Armstrong air and space museum.

* This is a large cozy downstairs duplex w a huge Living room area w humongous couch. Open concept to dining area w large marble table. Master w King sz bed, 2nd bedroom w queen, 3rd bedroom is a cubby that perfectly fits a twin bed very small area. (There is also a 4th bed a full sz bed discreetly placed behind entertainment stand off of living room). I have had a crew of 5 men comfortably stay who said it fit them perfectly.

Property is centrally located to refinery and both hospitals in Lima. Property has (2) bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room and laundry located on first floor. Patio on back of house for grilling out. Two outside parking spaces. One car garage for parking small vehicle or space to work on project. Electric, gas, trash and internet included. Good selection of restaurants located close to property. Minimum 3 night stay.
