Our living space provides the ambience of a turn of the century loft. Original wood floors, oak pillars and a fireplace creating a comfortable atmosphere to explore this quaint waterfront town. The loft provides top of the line sleeping accommodations and a well equipped kitchen. We feel that these items are very important for a comfortable stay. Enjoy a glass of wine, chat with your hosts, watch the sunset and stay to star-gaze. This lovely setting is fabulous. You will want to return again and again!

Enjoy the downtown life of Ludington or Manistee, both only 30 minutes away. Summer Rentals are Sunday check-ins with a 7 night minimum stay. April, May and fall rentals are 2 night stay min.
