Ubicato al 2°PIANO ,di fronte alla Cattedrale i cui marmi bianchi illuminano di luce riflessa le due stanze. Dotata di ogni confort. Siamo in zona ZTL ma a pochi passi dalle Scale Mobili che collegano il Parcheggio di San Francesco al centro e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dai principali parcheggi della città. Vi e' la possibilita' di effettuare il check-in in autonomia .

On the first one there is a double bedroom with bathroom and terrace, a large open space living room, a modern kitchen and a bathroom. Downstairs a double bedroom (or 2 single beds), a large bathroom, a study and a bright living room with a loggia from which you can access the private car park and the garden. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE IN THE COUNTRYSIDE WITH VERY FEW PUBLIC TRANSPORT OTHER THAN TAXI SO THE BEST WAY TO ENJOY YOUR STAY AND TO VISIT THE BEAUTIFUL SURROUNDINGS IS TO HAVE A RENTAL CAR.

Agriturismo Il Colle is located on one of the Chianti hills. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.

La Pieve - the house next to the church

To the right of the Argenina church, after which it is named, it has the persuasive look of its 2 small arches facing west. Perhaps it was once the parish priest's house, or the one where cooking was done in the large wood-burning oven, who knows?

The apartament is very spacious and bright, it can easily accomodate 5 person (and more two cots). It's very near to Siena and it's a good location to visit the many nearby charming hill villages and the Chianti wine region. Private parking.
