The Sheep Pen @ Nantygwreiddyn Barns

Reconnect with nature and enjoy the spectacular views from our hill farm in the Black Mountains. The historic stone barn has been sympathetically converted into two adjoining cottages. The Sheep Pen, a double bedroom with a double sofa bed downstairs and The Byre, with two double bedrooms. Fully self contained with kitchen areas, internet, smart TVs, handy USB sockets in all rooms and bedding and towels provided. Guests have access to our 60 acres of land where we keep rare breed sheep and deer.

Beautiful Grade 2 listed self-catering cottage in the lovely village of Crickhowell in the Brecon Beacons. Sitting on the edge of the River Usk. The cottage is light and airy with lovely period features.It has a bright dining area overlooking the garden and a fully equipped kitchen. The cottage has two bedrooms with crisp cotton bedlinen and luxury mattresses to ensure a good nights rest. One bedroom has a King size bed, the other has a single bed. Walk in shower in bathroom. There is a fab super king bed that can be split into 2 singles. ( please give prior notice if you’d like this) There is a large smart tv Off street parking and own out door seating area. We welcome cyclists and have secure lock up for bikes, use of track pump, work stand ,hose etc. No children under 12.

Beautiful views of the valley and hills from a private terrace accessed from the bedroom. Use of secure private garden. Private parking, an EV charger and use of kayaks for the Brecon canal. The walk to Crickhowell is 20 minutes. Perfect base to explore local area or for walking holiday in the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park.
