Brand new flat with large garden on 2 levels: living area with living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and "open space" sleeping area on the mezzanine floor, with 1 double bed, 2 single beds and a double sofa bed. The accommodation has an independent entrance but is part of a Room & Breakfast, so it is possible to have additional services such as breakfast, bike hire, a small swimming pool and access to the relaxation area with hydromassage and sauna. The setting is in the countryside but only 3 km from the historic centre of Ferrara, which can be reached by car (5 minutes) or by bicycle (10-15 minutes). The facility is pet friendly and also ideal for cyclists with routes nearby.
